Terms of Service

Your agreement with Menso

These Terms form an agreement between you and SEMO Intelligent International Limited ("Menso"), the operator of the service.

You accept these Terms when you create an account, buy credits or use Menso. If you use Menso for a company, you confirm that you can accept these Terms for that company.

Products you may test

You may test only products you own or have permission to test. You must have permission to enter any account, credential, personal information or non-public area that your test uses.

AI users act on the task and instructions you provide. You are responsible for those instructions and for reviewing a task before you launch it. Do not ask an AI user to break a law, bypass access controls, damage a service or interfere with another person's account.

Credits, plans and payment

• Credits are prepaid, non-transferable units for Menso services.
• Menso automatically returns the run credits to your balance when a run fails for a reason caused by Menso. A product-side blocker or a valid negative finding does not count as a Menso failure.
• Pro and Studio subscriptions renew each month through Stripe until you cancel. You can cancel from the Stripe customer portal; cancellation stops the next renewal.
• Studio includes full session reports. Access to other features and credit amounts follows the plan shown at checkout.
• Except for credits returned after a Menso-side failure or a refund required by law, credit purchases are final and have no cash value.

Test findings

Menso reports what an AI user observed during a specific run. Menso does not promise that a test will find every issue, represent every real user or predict product results. You decide whether and how to use a finding.

Your account and content

Keep your sign-in links, saved credentials and share links secure. You keep ownership of the URLs, instructions and other content you submit. You give Menso permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service.

Menso may suspend access that creates a security risk, violates these Terms or threatens the service. You may stop using Menso at any time and may delete your runs from the product.

Warranty and liability

Menso provides the service and findings as available, without a warranty that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or complete. The law in some places may give you rights that these Terms cannot limit.

To the extent the law permits, Menso's total liability for claims tied to the service will not exceed the amount you paid Menso in the 12 months before the claim or US$100, whichever is greater.

Menso will not be liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages to the extent the law permits.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and the courts of Hong Kong will resolve disputes.
